Upper Cumberland & North
Amanda covers the widest ground on the team, from Cookeville and Crossville across to Jamestown and up toward the Kentucky line. Call the number for your county and she takes it from there.

Upper East Tennessee
Dana works the Elizabethton, Mountain City and Erwin jails and knows the clerks by name. She writes across the Greeneville and Morristown side as well, eight counties in all.

East Tennessee
Isaiah runs the Morristown and Newport side of the state and down into Sevierville. He has been at it long enough to know which paperwork each clerk wants first, which is usually what saves the night.

Smoky Mountain Counties
Kristi covers the Smoky Mountain counties, Maryville through Sevierville and Dandridge. Tourist season arrests, weekend courts and out of state co-signers are all routine to her.

Knoxville Area
Kristy takes the Knoxville calls, the busiest intake on our map, plus Blount next door. She will tell you straight how long the jail is actually running that night rather than guess at it.

Upper East Tennessee
Teresa works the top of the state, Blountville and Jonesborough over through Kingsport and Bristol, nine counties in total. She is the agent clients name most often in their reviews.

Upper Cumberland
Tommy runs the Upper Cumberland, Crossville and Cookeville across to Sparta and Smithville. Small rural jails, long drives, and a bondsman who is usually already nearby when you call.
All 32 counties have a licensed local agent and a direct number. Find your county below or call 1-800-468-1161 any hour of the day.
AAA Bail Bonding has written bonds throughout East and Middle Tennessee since 1991. Our agents have worked these courthouses and jails for decades, and that familiarity is usually what separates a same-night release from a weekend in a cell, we know the clerks, the paperwork, and the order things have to happen in.
You will speak with a licensed local agent rather than a call center. No judgment, no lecture, and a straight answer about what it costs before you decide anything.
If you are not sure whether you even need a bondsman, ask us. We will tell you honestly.
Tell us the name and the county. That is enough for us to find them, confirm the bail, and get started, whatever time it is.
1-800-468-1161 Speak to an AgentA licensed agent answers 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The main office keeps business hours; the agents do not.
We start the moment the paperwork is arranged. Most releases are under way within the hour of your call.
We tell you your exact number on the first call, before you commit to anything. No hidden fees and no surprises later.
Over 40 licensed agents who know their own county's jail, courthouse and clerks by name.
No judgment and no lecture. Everyone here has taken this call from their own family at some point.
Your business stays your business, from the first call to the last payment.
Not sure which county? Call the main line on 1-800-468-1161 and we will point you to the right agent.
Nobody plans on needing a bail bondsman. When the call has to be made, you want somebody who picks up, tells you the truth about the cost, and gets moving on it.
That is the whole job, and it is what we have done in these counties since 1991.

Best bonding company in the area. They were available 24/7 and got me home to my family much fast than I expected. Isaiah is the real deal. Straightforward, no hidden fees, and very knowledgeable about the local jail's process. I hope I never need them again, but AAA Bail Bonding are the only ones I'd call if I did. I will recommend this company to anyone in need.Chris ParnellHamblen County · January 2026 · Google Review

Every bond is different. The court sets the bond amount based on the charge and history, and your fee depends on that figure.
Call 1-800-468-1161 and we will tell you your exact figure on the phone. Payment plans are available as Tennessee law allows, and there are no hidden fees.
We post the bond once the paperwork is signed and payment is squared away, usually within an hour of your call. After that the timing belongs to the jail. An hour is quick, a few hours is normal, and a busy weekend runs slower. We stay with it until your person is out.
Yes. A licensed local agent answers any hour of any day, in all 32 counties, and has since 1991. A call at 3 a.m. gets the same answer, and the same urgency, as a call at noon.
The person's full name, their date of birth, and the county holding them. The charge and the bail amount help but are not essential, we can usually look those up. Bring photo ID if you will be signing as the co-signer.

Each has a licensed local agent and a direct number, listed above.
Let us know the same day if you can. A missed appearance starts a forfeiture and can lead to a bench warrant. Many of these are resolved when we hear early, so it is always worth the call.
The co-signer guarantees the defendant appears in court, and is responsible for the fee and, if the defendant does not appear, for recovery costs and potentially the full bond amount. We go through the document with you before anything is signed.
Not always. It depends on the bond amount, the charge and the co-signer's circumstances. We will tell you plainly whether your situation needs it before you commit to anything.
